This week I have on my most featured and favorite guest Vei, poet/artist/creative. We always come together to make something that we know people need to hear. The topic at hand is discipline and speaking to how we treat ourselves positively and negatively. I believe we all are on a journey that we feel extremely compelled to complete even when the outcome is unknown.
