Teachers See Color ft. Nate Smyth

This week I sat with a new acquaintance by the name of Nate Smyth. Nate is a teacher in the inner city of Chicago where he usually teaches science to children that look unlike himself. We spoke about his passion for teaching, and how he felt called to teach. The issues with today's education system and certainly had to speak on his methods of being conscientious of his ethnicity but also of the ethnic groups his students belong to.
